Scotch Beef

I heard on the radio today that the Scotch beef producers are advocating that people in Scotland shall only buy Scotch Beef for environmental reasons.
I think they mean that we shouldn't have beef flown around the globe needlessly and people should buy from their home producers.
That seems like a fallacious argument, coming from a net exporter of beef, because obviously environmentally minded foreigners will no longer be able to buy Scotch beef, or do environmental isues only impact people in the UK...........

That's right, Scotch beef is a first rate premium product that people want to buy so the producers should stay aloof from that desperate environmental B***S***
