David Cameron says he is not going to ratlfy the Calman report when he becomes prime minister of England.
So what gives him the right to any opinion whatsoever on Scottish matters?
Would he try interfering in the politics of any other foreign country?
I think he'd be too frightened to do that...........

As prime minister of the United Kingdom he can do what ever he likes :D
